Why do we?Humans take it upon themselves to play the role of god when the subjects cannot think as they do, cannot rationalize and clearly perceive emotions.

Humans believe themselves to be better than these creatures, purely because they can think and debate, when the lesser beings cannot.

But if humans truly are the more intelligent beings, then why do we kill without reason? Why are humans, who are supposedly the superior race, destroying this world when they are so much smarter than the animals? Why can't they stop?

Are we really any better than them?

Take: Chapter 2 The next week was spent in a monotonous drone of work, home, and sleep. I resented myself for scaring Him away, for my curiosity was overwhelmingly pressing. I wanted to know about Him, this... thing that dwelled in the forest. Was there a reason he'd come to my home? Was there a reason he chose me?
Why had he been scared?
I stewed over this as I sat in the Principle's office at the local school, Pine Ridge High School. He'd called me in, distracting me from my silent brooding, but I'd been happy to make the trip to town. It kept my mind on something other than my own stupidity.

All that hair! o3o Wow...well, the only thing that comes to mind that could use some work is her skinny rear leg that is, for whatever reason, stretched out. Maybe she is doing her morning exercise, I dunno. x3

I know of her skinny rear leg TT^TT But I laughed at the 'morning exercises' thing x3
It was kind of just practice, kind of disappointing when I've drawn a lot better ponies but this is the one that gets all of the 'loves' or whatever~
